Ask for whats on each menu item as its not displayed on the menu and they add weird stuff like aoli to breakfast burritos, and when you spend $50 on two coffees, and a couple snacks, they should at least not be snarky and say it will cost you to have it remade again, after i asked for a remake because there was avocado on it first. This is not California , its kcmo keep your aoli and avocado to yourselves unless someone asks for it.
I wanted to support and like this, but after too many things I just couldn’t. Not only did it take up to 15 minutes for my drink to be made because a social media video was more important, but the lack of dress code really makes me uncomfortable. I want to believe it’s kid friendly but when I came in a girl was wearing a skirt so short that when she bent over to change the trash I saw things I shouldn’t and neither should my children. The whole family (even the non-coffee lovers) loved 1888 Coffee. They have something for everyone in a quiet and friendly environment. Great coffee, delicious food, good company…can’t wait to go back!
