I had an incredible experience thanks to Katie she was absolutely amazing! The service was top notch, and the food was just as impressive. I watched her handle a difficult customer with such grace and professionalism, and I made sure to commend her for staying so calm and composed under pressure.

Katie clearly enjoys what she does and has a genuine gift for working with people. She’s the kind of person who brings light to a room never dull, always engaging.

It’s unfortunate that some reviews, especially from within our own community, can come from a place of frustration or personal bias rather than a fair assessment of someone’s performance. I just want to say: Katie, keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve got something special, and I wish you continued success.

Nice meal and good service

Steak was kind of hard and texture was weird. Not seasoned well. Drinks were good and waiter was nice.

Pretty great service here usually! Occasionally we have issues with the food, but usually they're corrected immediately.

I will say that when you order crispy fries you should expect them to be oily. The male manager here seems to think they go hand in hand. Instead of keeping them in the basket to drain for a couple seconds or patting then dry. He did go get me paper towels so I could do it myself though, while telling me he wasn't sure what I expected 🙃 Only real issue I've ever had here.

GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!! We got the Baby Backs & Chicken Tenders platter. Definitely 2 orders for 2 people was too much, but the left overs are just as good as they are fresh!

Also loved our server Angela! Such a sweetheart and the whole staff made sure we had a great experience!!

Big shoutout to the manager Esmé! I was missing a couple small things from my online order and she was so nice and made everything new for us that was 100% perfect, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy after. I get mistakes happen, and I appreciate the way she went the distance to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you Esmé!
