All American Diner located inside Hy-Vee arena.

I had the catfish and had to wait about 25 minutes..BABY yum yum yum it was so worth the wait as the owner said it would be. It melted in your mouth. I had to get some to go maybe I will get a picture of it. I got the last bit of catfish they had. I know where I'm going whenever I come to hyvee arena.

Very rude customer service from Amanda. Amanda at the register rolling her eyes and staring me down when asked about my son’s food. She had an attitude because he had been waiting for the food and they messed up on. Instead of saying hey sorry I just called it back it’ll be up soon. She tried to be rude and talk with a stank attitude with resulted in me repeating myself that he had been waiting but was last to get his food. She tries to say the fries were the reason and they were the hold up which was a lie they sent his food out with someone else. i asked Jesse for her name which he gave me he said I’m the owner I said okay what’s your name I’m writing a review. Jesse appeared polite until he knew a review was being written then his attitude changed. The food was good according to my son but will not be ordering again or spending money with this business if customer service doesn’t match.. this is why black folks struggle with supporting black businesses because this type of customer service.

My hot dog was legit gray. Tasted horrible. Owner was rude because we were the only ones in there and on the “wrong side” to order. Son’s cheeseburger was so greasy the bottom bun turned into legit mush. 2 chicken fingers basket, buffalo tenders and fries and hot dog and fries was $65.00!!!!!!! ???

Owner Rude!You order and pay. Then go to next line to wait and retell your order. Was told he just asked who had ordered the item. Didn’t hear him in a very crowded room. I don’t know how I could have. Mentioned he yelled at me. Then was badgered by owner “oh you think that’s yelling” I was not looking for a fight. Just some lunch for my kiddo. A young girl in the room mentioned he was mean to you. yep.Sad display for a youth event.Food was just okay. Definitely won’t go back.

Food was good staff scolded my wife and was extremely rude.

Had family visiting from out of town and was completely embarrassed by the unprofessionalism by the owner of this place. So sad especially when you are trying to support BOB.

Went in because I wanted basic nachos. After waiting in line over 10 minutes in an extremely hot room,I heard the owner yell out something about being out if cheese. Didn’t know if that meant cheese slices, shredded cheese or nacho cheese. Of course, it meant nacho cheese.Ordered a cheeseburger combo but didn’t know I could choose between fries or chips. Owner asked what I ordered and was incredibly rude since I didn’t know chips or fries. Treated me like I was trying to steal in front of the overcrowded room.Bun and cheese were both cold. Chips I originally grabbed were expired so found some that expire in 2 days.Only go here if the other restaurant lines are way too long.

This is a good place to eat. When youre a fantastic guy, you can't help but offer fantastic service. His food is great, and he has alot of specials. He delivered me and some coworkers some food, and it was still hot and fresh. I plan on getting this atleast once a week.

American food, yeah, so good. staff is always timely even when they have a full house. the service here is outstanding. the bill was decent.

Jesse is a class act and an even better cook. All American Diner for the win and best dang ham and beans I’ve had yet!

We were at the Hy-Vee Arena for Volleyball Nationals and were struggling to find healthy alternatives. I was so excited not only to find healthy good but food that tastes amazing. My family and I will be eating breakfast and lunch there tomorrow. The food is AMAZING!!

I admire this restaurant very much. It has a great spirit. The food is great. the service is effective and the crew is well trained. The price is modest. greatly recommend.

We ate here a couple of times. Both times the owner was rude and had a bad attitude. Food is not that great.
