All American Diner located inside Hy-Vee arena.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE STAFF! It is disheartening because the arena does not let you bring outside food in and we are forced to eat here.

Chicken strips are way undercooked, catfish was decent and the chicken nachos tasted like chicken out of a can! The owner was extremely rude to top it off

Very rude customer service (the cook was yelling at customers and even children), it took over 20 mins for a simple nacho, the chips were stale and cheese was cold tasted terrible. Actually shocked this place is still in business. This was also during a youth gymnastics meet.

Went in and bought a Pepsi and got charged $33 dollars and they said they “couldn’t refund it” I’d go somewhere else. Super rude staff that that didn’t seem to care

Very rude when ordering food from the menu that they don't want to cook, such as chicken tenders and fries. It's a shame that we can't bring food or snacks into the hyvee arena and yet they have places like this. The way he talks to customers is no way to act and talk.

Absolutely disgusting. Does not even look like food should be cooked and served in this space. Sweaty , rude , owner swinging cheap greasy way over priced frozen food. Absolutely no customer service skills .

I had the catfish and had to wait about 25 minutes..BABY yum yum yum it was so worth the wait as the owner said it would be. It melted in your mouth. I had to get some to go maybe I will get a picture of it. I got the last bit of catfish they had. I know where I'm going whenever I come to hyvee arena.

Very rude customer service from Amanda. Amanda at the register rolling her eyes and staring me down when asked about my son’s food. She had an attitude because he had been waiting for the food and they messed up on. Instead of saying hey sorry I just called it back it’ll be up soon. She tried to be rude and talk with a stank attitude with resulted in me repeating myself that he had been waiting but was last to get his food. She tries to say the fries were the reason and they were the hold up which was a lie they sent his food out with someone else. i asked Jesse for her name which he gave me he said I’m the owner I said okay what’s your name I’m writing a review. Jesse appeared polite until he knew a review was being written then his attitude changed. The food was good according to my son but will not be ordering again or spending money with this business if customer service doesn’t match.. this is why black folks struggle with supporting black businesses because this type of customer service.

My hot dog was legit gray. Tasted horrible. Owner was rude because we were the only ones in there and on the “wrong side” to order. Son’s cheeseburger was so greasy the bottom bun turned into legit mush. 2 chicken fingers basket, buffalo tenders and fries and hot dog and fries was $65.00!!!!!!! ???

Owner Rude!You order and pay. Then go to next line to wait and retell your order. Was told he just asked who had ordered the item. Didn’t hear him in a very crowded room. I don’t know how I could have. Mentioned he yelled at me. Then was badgered by owner “oh you think that’s yelling” I was not looking for a fight. Just some lunch for my kiddo. A young girl in the room mentioned he was mean to you. yep.Sad display for a youth event.Food was just okay. Definitely won’t go back.

Food was good staff scolded my wife and was extremely rude.

Had family visiting from out of town and was completely embarrassed by the unprofessionalism by the owner of this place. So sad especially when you are trying to support BOB.
