They catered our wedding and made it completely vegan. They were easy to work with, set up quickly, and were really friendly. Not to mention the food was incredible - some of the best vegan mac n cheese i’ve had in my life. My wife and I requested a fully gluten-free wedding. I am gluten-free due to a medical diagnosis. The team at All Cuisine told me this was no problem at all. However, at the wedding, pita and crackers that were not gluten-free were served. This was extremely upsetting as I could have gotten sick, and it goes against what we explicitly asked for. After the wedding, we did not receive an apology for what happened. All Cuisine was only willing to issue us a refund if we agreed not to write a review. We opted for no refund in an effort to give good information to others who have allergies.

They catered my wedding last April. They are very professional and did a great job. I would use them again in the future. My reception ran about an hour late and I didn’t get any complaints about the food being cold or anything wrong. My husband said his family liked the food & they catered to his vegetarian preference as well. Pricing was good. I was happy with their service. thanks to them !

I wish I could give you guys 0 stars. Very unprofessional and ended on a unacceptable note with a cancellation due to construction. They kept rescheduling and cancelled our tasting. They wasted a month of our time. Meanwhile my wedding is coming up soon. Be careful with this specific caterer. We'll be taking our business to Brancato's.

Josh Jones and his team catered my daughter’s wedding and the food was fabulous! My daughter wanted home style food so we had roast beef, potatoes, green beans, salad, and rolls. The roast beef is the best I’ve ever tasted! The team was on time and very professional and courteous. I highly recommend All Cuisine Catering for any occasion!

Any occasion and any type of food. You want basic grilled chicken and salmon they can do amazing, but we asked for a special menu... Caribbean and Gluten-free with a couple specialized meals for our guests with special diets.FABULOUS...so good we are getting the same meal again for our holidays. Try the mango coleslaw it's like sunshine in a bite, and the tropical meatballs are a guest favorite. Everything was fabulous and the guys worked with us to ensure a great menu. I can say they were less money than two places we called and having had a tasting with another... this food was far better and they went the extra mile for Gluten-free that no other caterer was able to do. We are using them again.
My dad is great, he makes good food and has a restaurant and will make your wedding great i think you should DEFINITELY Hire him, and he is cool and he owns a Work in progress food truck called the hungry munchkin and also owns JM kitchen, I'd suggest him and his awesome team for your wedding or anything you need to be catered.
