Drip Coffee
We rotate our coffee to a new roast about every 10 days. The coffee we are currently using for espresso is also calibrated and used for drip coffee. Although we try to get only the best coffees. some of the roasts are better then others. It's a chance to try the same drink, made by the same people, but swapping out the coffee.

2oz Espresso with a dallop of Foam on top. Traditional, delicious. This is a Real Macchiato, please take the time to understand what you are ordering as a Macchiato, Italian for cut, as in cut the espresso with milk, is not for everyone.

This place is an absolute gem! We drove 20 minutes to come try it and we will be back. This may have been the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. I got the Egg Breakfast Chorizo Burrito. Typically I cover my burritos in Cholula sauce and sour cream for added spice and flavor but this burrito needed nothing extra. I did add jalapenos, which I recommend if you like a little extra spice, but it would've been fine without. I'm not a coffee drinker so I tried the strawberry...

Best coffee we had in KC! The service was amazing—friendly and FAST.
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and every drink we tried was top-notch. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in town!
