Towards the end, I had to Go up to the window to ask for more napkins. Again. Someone came to the window pretty quickly after I approached. Quick service!

I had just went through the drive through for a Large Bootdaddy concrete with chocolate custard. I ordered it To-go so it was placed in a bag, upon me checking in the parking lot, I noticed that it wasn't made with chocolate custard. I walked up to the window and politely asked for a replacement, and turned down the already made "incorrect" desert. It was nice until I got my replacement,as It was filled just above half way. once I conferred with the young man about it, he said "that's what you ordered" and slammed the window. I felt I was very polite and honestly it detests me that I had put my money into this business. Side note- there was no other customers at the store, and was still treated this way. For me to pay full price for half of the product, then refuse service, is criminal.

Great custard!!!! Easy drive thru service. At the Overland Park and Olathe locations, the team member who comes out to get your order is always friendly. Last night, I was in Waldo, and this particular staff person was not overly friendly and messed up 2 of our 3 orders. That was a first in all my experiences with the various Andy's I've visited.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love frozen custard. There's always an outdoor area with seating so families can eat their custard before piling back in their car.

I recently visited Andy's Frozen Custard with my family, and the experience was delightful. We opted to walk up to the counter, and despite a few customers ahead of us, we only waited about three minutes before placing our order.
The staff at Andy's were excellent and incredibly friendly. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to help made the experience even more enjoyable. It was clear that they take pride in providing top-notch service.
Our order, which included a variety of ice cream treats for the whole family, was prepared quickly and accurately. The custard was delicious, rich, and creamy, living up to Andy's reputation for great taste. And, I must add that, unlike many customers that have a problem, I am confident that the staff would bend over backwards to fix any issue that arose.
Overall, the combination of prompt service, friendly staff, and fantastic ice cream made our visit to Andy's Frozen Custard a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning for more!

They don’t know the difference between a hot fudge sundae and chocolate syrup. Almost every time I go they give me plain chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge when I request it.
The Snowmonster concrete is the perfect combination of strawberries and chocolate.

Nothing like some Andy's custard on a warm evening! They have a good variety of custards, but it takes them a bit as there are no speakers on the menu and they don't tell you that anywhere.
