We were the only ones there this time and someone came to the service window very quickly after we walked up. No issues with orders. We also stayed around to eat our ice cream there. Towards the end, I had to Go up to the window to ask for more napkins. Again. Someone came to the window pretty quickly after I approached. Quick service!

Great custard!!!! Easy drive thru service. At the Overland Park and Olathe locations, the team member who comes out to get your order is always friendly. Last night, I was in Waldo, and this particular staff person was not overly friendly and messed up 2 of our 3 orders. That was a first in all my experiences with the various Andy's I've visited.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love frozen custard. There's always an outdoor area with seating so families...

My card didn't register my birthday cone for some reason. However, the two humans at the window were super helpful and accommodating. The cone was delicious! And because it was a good experience, I'll be returning for one of their delicious pints very soon. Thanks for being there to help me celebrate my birthday!
