I just experienced a wild encounter at this store. It's 9:30 at night, freezing cold, and there's a young woman outside taking orders. When I reached the window, I witnessed an insane interaction. The young woman, clearly cold, approached what seemed to be a supervisor, only to be mocked and told, "it's not that cold outside." This man easily has 200 pounds on her, of course 40 degrees isn’t “that cold” to you… you’re well insulated.I literally had to listen to him dismissing her discomfort while she's shivering. When I voiced my concern, he sent her back out to take orders… while it was slow.. it’s not like there was a line. If you’re wanting to take orders at the menu then get an intercom system instead of making their staff endure such conditions. It's unacceptable to see someone shivering while I make my order, and overhearing the conversation showed a lack of care for their staff's well-being. I refuse to support a business that treats their team so disrespectfully.

The lady taking our order tonight was extremely rude and had an attitude from the minute we were “greeted”. After having to deal with her nasty attitude just to order our ice cream she got our order wrong.

Stopped by at 6:30 PM at the drive thru. Large line of cars and at the window. Crew looked busy but I got the wrong order. 2nd time in Feb. crew seems like they don’t know what they are doing. Won’t go back anytime soon.

Awful. I waited in line all of 1 minute in the drive thru from placing my order and yet what I got was essentially cold soup. They handed me my order in a bag which I realized halfway home (a 5 minute drive) was leaking. I took the cup out of the bag and put it into my cup holder where it continued to melt and leak. Got my hands and my car incredibly dirty. Got home and half the ice cream was literally liquid.
