Normally not a problem but this last time I got someone else's order that had peanuts in it ...and I'm allergic. Didn't realize until i took a spoon. I don't know how that happened bc it was getting close to them closing and it wasn't busy. Yep turned back around to get correct order. ...they were nice abt it but I didn't tell them abt my exposure to nuts...didn't want them too worry much.
I LOVE Andy’s… but the last couple of times I’ve been my concrete has been almost soup when handed to me. I know it’s hot out, but the service was fast and there is no way it melted like that in the two minutes it took to get to me. I mean, I’m a card carrying patron… but quality and service are foundational. It doesn’t seem to be just one location either. Maybe they expanded too quickly.

As a Springfield, MO native, having an Andy's walking distance from my home is both exciting and dangerous. My wife and I are probably there once every 10 days or so. They're very consistent with the Andy's experience we're used to. That first Egg Nog shake of the year still blows my mind every time. Keep it up!
