Our dinner at Añejo was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was modern, vibrant, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The margarita flight was a standout each one fresh, creative, and perfectly balanced.
We ordered the choriqueso, shrimp ceviche, and chimichangas, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The ceviche was especially memorable so bright and fresh. Everything came out hot, beautifully plated, and full of bold flavor.

His service is consistently impeccable, and he has a remarkable ability to make every guest feel welcomed and valued.
