They did send a coupon for a free sandwich and this one was much better... thank you.................Ordered a market-fresh sandwich and the bread in half the sandwich was rock hard.. after paying $12 for a meal I don't expect to throw away half. I hope this is not a normal practice. Maybe paying a little more attention to the food that is being served would help.“

The phone looked huge. Like a monster steak sandwich.
Brayden took my order. He recommended add ods tomatoes and onions. Sure.

It looked nothing like the menu photo. As always. Not enough meat!
Seems it was heated up in a microwave. Flavor was off.
I can’t explain it. Arby’s is Arby’s. Not a Philly place.
I will leave it at that. Brayden asked how it was. I fibbed and said it was good. I did tell him it needs a lot more meat. He said that would be a $18 sandwich.

“I went through the drive-thru at 3:45 p.m.. Tatum P. Took my order in her joyful pleasant voice. When I pulled up she was very cheerful smiling a lot, and talk to me like she'd known me all of her life. I got my food right away. Did not check my food until I got home. My double roast beef was perfect. I had everything I needed in the bag. Food was delicious and very filling.“
