I live out of state and found Ashleigh’s Bake Shop. They do a fantastic job of baking my parents favorite pies, which are sour cream raisin and lemon meringue. Highly highly recommend them!

Best key lime pie! Stopped in while shopping for a very generous piece of pie (I had key lime; my husband had the raspberry rhubarb). Both were delicious. Wish we lived in KC as we would definitely be here more often!

I adore Ashleigh's Bakeshop! (Just picked up two pies today to give as gifts!) Ashleigh and her Mom are so easy to work with, genuinely sweet and very responsive. I usually make a request via text to see about availability- especially for the Crab Pie! Her pie crusts are superb. I love her pumpkin pie, her fruit pies, her chocolate cream pie, and my kiddo loves her S'more pie. Her quiches and Crab Pie are soooo yummy! You gotta order early for the holidays as she sells out, but her pies are scrumptious!!

Absolutely delicious pie, I got apple a la mode and my husband got raspberry rhubarb! The perfect blend of classic flavors and the raspberry was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Magical! The crust was so flaky, soft and buttery. Strong revitalizing coffee and great service. So glad we stopped by!

Best pies I’ve ever had. I am generally not a fan of apple pies, however the brown sugar crumble apple pie is to die for. The toasted chocolate almond chess pie is my favorite. And lastly the chocolate pecan pie is a must try, my siblings were fighting over it. I’ve had 6 different pies and all of them were good. 10/10!!!
