I had a hard day and needed a pick me up, so I decided to go get a cinnamon roll. It was exactly what I wanted, the pastry was hand rolled, dripping with cinnamon, sugar and butter. You could see each individual layer, simply baked with love! It was huge, well worth every penny, and I enjoyed every bite. The owner was in the kitchen and I asked if he would come over to meet me, he did and I complemented him on his food and the time and passion he put into each roll. We laughed and talked for a while. I told him that I drive past several locations just to specifically come to his because of the consistency of his products. He thanked me, I thanked him and my day was a little brighter!

Sometimes not enough sugar and cinnamon on pretzel bites and sometimes pretzel dogs raw on inside
Parking: Store front sometimes all full must drive around several blocks to get a spot
Don't bother. Apparently they only make 12 cinnamon rolls per hour with no exceptions, even during the holidays. We were a group of 11 and they only had 2 rolls. No apologies, the guy just said "it's our policy and we usually don't run out." We were shopping so he could have offered to make more, but didn't. Very poor service.

Wow! I cannot say good enough things about Erik and his team at Auntie Anne’s pretzels on the Country club Plaza. We hired them for a late night snack for our daughters wedding and he was so very friendly and delivered the pretzels, warm and on time! They were a huge hit. Five star service, and I would definitely recommend for any event!

I was visiting KCMO for the first time, and while walking around the plaza I saw Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon and knew I was having a large lemonade with light ice and a cinnabon. The store was exceptionally clean and the staff was very energetic and professional.

Pretzels were big and fresh compared to the other locations. I think this branch is the best in town.
This location is great and you get Cinnabon with it. I just dont like that your sauce cost extra. If you want cheese or icing for the pretzels.
