We always enjoy visiting Bar Central before theater performances at the Music Hall, and appreciate being able to make a reservation. HOWEVER, this past Saturday, when we arrived, there was no host/ess, just a sign to seat ourselves. The bar was packed but there was one table for four available so we didn't have a problem. We're hoping this was a one-time thing and reservations will be possible in the future. Thank you.

Waited 5 minutes after making eye contact with 4 different staff members just to be seated as though it was an inconvenience by a guy who would rather be on his phone then greet guests properly. Proceeds to seat me at a very sticky, very dirty table. Then I sat with my menu, let this be stated that I’m just one person, and waited 20 minutes before a server finally saw me buried in a corner that doesn’t even look like part of the restaurant. I’m just a bit disappointed considering how much I enjoy staying at the Marriott. Not impressed at all.
