Annie was amazing. My large family of 8 came in and she was soooo patient even with the long line building up and all my kids asking for samples before determining what they wanted. In addition, when my wife didnt like her ice cream she swapped it out with no hesitation. Great service oh and by the way the BUTTER PECAN WAS AMAZING

I went in to try the new flavors created for the FIFA World Cup. I tasted 2 of the 3, but wasn’t impressed enough to switch from my all-time favorite, Goat Cheese with Apricots & Candied Walnuts…it’s SO creamy and cravesble!! As always, the young folks working the counter were friendly and helpful, and encouraged me to taste test all the World Cup flavors. We were lucky to have Betty Rae’s in several locations around town!

This location has really gone downhill. The bathrooms are unusable, the walls in the dining area are filthy, and the ice cream has large ice crystals in it.

Dang. Have always loved this place. Tonight's chocolate tasted terrible, like Hersey's. Have always loved the Dutch chocolate flavor of what I'm used to from Betty Rae's. 😢😢
The dairy free vanilla tasted like expired milk and the fudge tasted like burnt Tootsie Roll. The service was great, though. Staff was very patient.

I live 1.3 miles away from this location and I ordered DoorDash delivery. I even called to verify that they had my shakes in a freezer of some sort and the young lady I spoke to on the phone said yes the shakes and all ice cream gets placed into a freezer while awaiting pickup. Well that must not be true because 3 minutes after picking up the order the driver dropped it off with me and it was completely melted. Not only that but they do not have the proper advertising on their doordash page, I ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and milk milkshake and received what I’m assuming is fruity pebbles? Either way this is ridiculous, I gave another local company a chance and was shat on once again. Kansas City needs to do better seriously you small businesses that don’t put real effort and value into your products are the reason our city is lacking good quality food and customer service.
