Went to try it, the girl who took my order had an abrupt attitude and also managed to get my order wrong, but didnt want to argue so I just paid and left. I got tots and they were only half filled, there was only 8 tots altogether. Burger was fantastic though.

Friendly, fresh, and fast! Got the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger and breaded fried jalapeño as a side. It was good and almost more than I could eat. The staff was super outgoing, asked us how the food was and even chatted football a little. I've been driving past here for years, glad I finally made it in. They have many good sides that most places don't and the burgers are good sized. They serve ice cream too!

This was our first time trying Big Burger and we have been missing out! The burgers/ tenderloin/ chicken sandwiches were delicious and as advertised...BIG! The service was super fast and friendly! The fries and shake were awesome too! So glad to have such a cozy, old school burger place near by!! Will be back!

I'm going to re review this because I gave them another chance after a few years and they have changed ownership since my last review. Very friendly staff that takes pride in helping customers.. I had key lime ice cream on a waffle cone that didn't disappoint and the burger and tots were back up to the original standards of the Big Burger. Very happy with my experience!
I was VERY impressed. The last time I ate here everything seemed to have been IQF frozen basic stuff so when it was suggested we stop in, I wasn't that into it. I'm glad we went; the burgers (made to order smashburgers) we just, flavorful and hot. The wait wasn't too long and you should definitely get a chocolate malt. Perfectly thick and rich!!
