I've been supporting this place since Van Brunt... but today they lost my business cuz what u not gon do is play wit my money... I went today n ordered a dbl soul combo which is $10 n a cookie which is $1.50 so basically $12... yet when l got to work I chk my acct n noticed that they charged me almost $17, so I called n they pretty much just said they dk when such n such will be back, rather than saying we apologize, please come back at your earliest convenience n we'll refund the difference... so yea after yrs of supporting this local B.O.B. I can no longer be a patron

I purchased food from here and had waited 30 minutes and did not even receive my food then went inside and workers was arguing, not professional to be in front of customers and was a hassle just to get my money back and hoping that I will still get it back at the end of the day is what they promised ……me and I still didn’t even get any food so much a waste of time, gas and money to not even eat and I’ve never done reviews like this, also six customers walked out after this

This food is trash. This place deserves negative starts. First off the manager/owner whoever he is, very rude! Horrible customer service I came to this restaurant to try the $5 deal. You get what you pay for is an understatement. So I pulled up my voice was very hoarse because my throat was dry because of allergies he told me I sounded like a man that's fine I'll take that for a sick day! So I got my food which again looked and smelled like trash ? the seasoning was fire but the fries were very overcooked and tasted like cardboard. The fish I picked up broke in half, it felt and looked like rubber I was scared to taste it. Last but not least the greasy falling apart burger! It almost got thrown out the window! Don't eat here. Your bound to end up hospitalized
