Blip just has it down to an art. I was in love with the West Bottoms location and this location can't be beat either. They have the same amazing coffee and great selection of pastries for everyone as well as Fletcher's sandwiches. It is open and bright making it a great spot to work but still manages to be cozy and relaxing if you just want to be still. This location also sells their quality merchandise. The only distinct difference is if you must see the shop dogs like our three year old you have to hit the West Bottoms. I always get my drinks with almond milk so this time I asked for a taste of black coffee before we left so that I could accurately review it. Adam S is not wrong. This coffee is robust and so full of flavor yet it is not bitter. So many places are moving toward this fancy roast and it just leaves this acid bitter taste after the initial flavors. Not Blip, it is just simply put dark and smooth. Another amazing thing about Blip is they are open year round. At least one location will be open all year long for those that don't have family to celebrate holidays with you can celebrate with them. Or those that don't celebrate the holidays don't have to miss out on a great cup of coffee along with some really great socializing. I love this.

I came in to the Troost location on a Saturday morning for a simple coffee and muffin, which I recieved. But my large coffee wasn't full because they ran out. I was told to come back in a few minutes to get it topped off and the barista just filled the whole thing up again when I came up to the counter!! So nice... Love the atmosphere and vibe in here as well.

Great coffee shop! Loved the service and the barista made sure my experience was a great one. Thank Aaron for getting me a second cup of almond milk mocha, my first one wasn’t as hot as I would have liked and he didn’t hesitate to fix me up with piping hot new one.
