About Ruby Jean's Kitchen & Juicery

Ruby Jean's Kitchen & Juicery is a restaurant that offers delicious and healthy food options for vegans, vegetarians, and everyone else. The Veggie Stir-Fry Bowl with Quinoa (sauce on the side) remains a popular choice, and the food is often described as fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The team is very kind, quick, and patient. The staff is friendly and fast, ensuring that the wait is comfortable as customers watch fresh fruit being cut and juiced behind the counter. The acai bowls and juices are also praised. Customers appreciate the smoothies, made with actual fruit instead of syrupy purees, which improves the taste and quality. The vegan burrito is so delicious, very fresh and hot, and the quality is excellent. The Spartan smoothie is the bomb. While some find certain ingredients, like beets, overpowering, the overall vibe is inviting and bright. The lively environment makes it a perfect spot for a quick lunch snack. Despite this minor drawback, Ruby Jean's Kitchen & Juicery is a vibrant gem in the community, serving up healthy and delicious meals.

I haven’t been to the storefront, but I bought one of their juices from our work grab and go station and it was amazing! Highly recommend!!
We were visiting Kansas City this weekend and discovered this gem! Loved it so much the first day we went back the second day. The food is delicious, the atmosphere and decor is very fun, and the history highlighted there is so important. If we lived in KC, we’d be back, but since we don’t, I hope lots of you frequent this fabulous spot! Five out of five stars!
