The owner took time to tell her restaurant story. Clay and Angel were super positive energy serving and zipping around. Food was incredibly, in house ketchup, jam, oat milk were mouthgasmic!!
We had a fantastic dinner at Blue Bird Bistro on Monday 9/16. We sat in the bar area and had the Bartender as our Server. She made us *perfect* dirty martinis, and recommended some excellent dishes and wine. We loved the salmon appetizer and the desserts most of all. The desserts were huge, and leftovers were enjoyed this morning with coffee!
We decided to try Blue Bird Bistro on my birthday. We went on a Monday evening and made reservations, however, this particular night no reservations were needed and we were seated right away. We got there at 7:30 and stayed until close, it was so relaxing and we didn't feel rushed. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. The food was a little more bland than I expected but it was still good and hot and fresh. There were plenty of gluten...
