My first visit in April and my recent visit in October brought a huge different experience. My husband and I thought that this place was the best Dim-sum we have had in the US. We loved the flavors, quality, and presentation of every dish we ordered. Today, the shumai we ordered looked like they came from a freezer at an Asian groceries store. Shrimp rolls, custard buns, shrimp toasts, and others were okay. The price for 7 dim sum dishes and 2 glasses of wine cost $98.

The Heritage by Bo-Lings on the Plaza has the worst customer service that I have every experienced. Since the name and management has changed there has been nothing but errors with my orders. The manager name Daniel was very rude and the lady bartender (Michelle) who took my order was very rude and unknowledgeable regarding taking orders over the phone. She said that she's a bartender and do not take orders. I have been a very loyal customer at this restaurant and spend good money on my orders but with this type of service, i will not be ordering or eating at this location again.

They completely renovated the inside of the restaurant, and it looks phenomenal. It is a great lunch or dinner spot. The food is great, and I have had multiple different dishes. If you are going for lunch, definitely recommend one of the lunch specials as it comes with an appetizer - but if you go with a full meal at lunch you will likely have a to-go box filled with your dinner for the evening!

Came with my family. Young daughters enjoyed spicy schezuan and combination lo mein. They also loved the crab rangoon and pork dumplings. Our server, Daniel, was friendly, responsive and made their first visit memorable! Their new favorite restaurant on the Plaza.
