The decor is lovely and the atmosphere is perfect for special occasions. However, the customer service has significant room for improvement. We had an awkward encounter with the host, who greeted us with a blunt 'Do you need something?' While we understand that staff can get overwhelmed on busy days, a warm welcome is always expected. As for the food, it was decent, but the Pad Thai was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. For now, I’ll stick to delivery and only order a couple of specific meals.

Food was really good. Ordered the Long Life Noodles...so good on a cold evening. Service wasn't the best. I want to say it was due to it being Restaurant week. But the waiter was off. However, I would return for the food.

The dimsum was great, but I didn't really love the dandan noodles. The tofu was a really odd texture (like eating a pencil eraser) and the sauce was nothing like I've had elsewhere (very soy-sauce heavy with little mala)

Finally went to try the updated restaurant. Our server Emily was a delight. She was new but I wouldn’t have known! The food was great! We shared sushi roll, crab Rangoon (so creamy) and pineapple fried rice with shrimp (so good & served in half a pineapple 🍍)

Loved everything except the sticky rice. I was expecting it to be plain. It would have been nice if on the menu it said what was in it. The bao buns were especially delicious! My favorite thing I ordered. Will definitely be back soon!

UPDATE 11-29-2025: The last time I left a review for this place was over 10 years ago and I had a wonderful waitress named Leigh, now what have I been doing you ask??? For the last 10 years Daniel has been waiting on us and he is the best of the best. He always has a smile on his face, always on top of things, and when going there it is like having our own personal chef and he is so fun to be around. He's a great family man and we are blessed to have him. Daniel is there every Friday and so are we for the past 10 years. P.S. I do love the lettuce wraps now, I'm so happy and blessed to come every Friday night.

I just want to say what a great place this is and I wanted to say that we have been to many Chinese restaurants in the world but we think this place is the best. Our server is Leigh and she is great and when Leigh is not there then we always ask for Maria. We love them both. The food is always very hot & fresh. The service is always with a smile. I do want to make a comment because Bo Ling's has recently just changed the way they do their lettuce wraps which I don't like the lettuce or the setup and I want to say we like them the way they have been for the last 12 years. Anyway I seen and read all the things that was negative in some of these reviews and I just wanted to say what a wonderful place this was. They are a terrific group and family, they try very hard to do the best job to service their customers.
