Very underwhelming. Had the pasta woozie. The alfredo was very salty and the chicken was old and rubbery. The salad wasnt inedible but by no means was it fresh. Who's running this place? I can see I'm not the only one who is not pleased with their food. Walked in during lunch hour and the place was absolutely dead.

The food was so wonderful! The service was excellent! Sydney was on top of it so well, our glasses were never empty, even though she had a lot of tables! The general manager, Tammy, made us feel like family. We will definitely be back!

Waitress was also running the bar on a Saturday night so service was slow. Main dishes took close to 45 minutes. Bread wasn't the freshest and didn't have enough oil. Pasta was lacking in flavor, $10 buddy's cake slice was just a frozen pre-packed slice. Used to love Bravo, but over the years they've all slowly declined. Can't seem to justify $25+pp for a salad and pasta entree.

Everything was outstanding...plus I received a 20% military discount...first time ever, most times it's 10%..

Do Not Eat Here!!! We went here for Easter lunch and all I can say was the food was disgusting. Calamari was rubbery and my choice of meal made me regret it later. I ended up getting horrible food poisoning from this restaurant with diarrhea, vomiting and sweats. Waitress was ok but not as good as other ones I’ve encountered. Will not be returning.

We get there expecting it to be full due to an event going on outside, it was empty. We should’ve known it wasn’t good on that alone. We sit down, the waitress takes a long time to ask us what drinks we want. We then order food, including a kids meal for my 16 month old. Our food arrived but hers did not. They asked me again what we ordered for her and it took an extra 10 minutes. Unfortunately when you have kids, this is 10 min that they can’t really wait so my daughter ended up just eating our food. I wanted to cancel her food given it was taking too long, but the waitress never checked in or was around long enough to see we needed assistance. The food itself was honestly no better than a microwaved meal found from the freezer aisle. There was nothing good about the caprese (which had a sticky balsamic sauce one it), the bravo pasta was super dry and flavorless, and the veal was missing seasoning. Nothing had any flavor. We spent $100 on this meal and were extremely disappointed. Definitely makes sense why it was empty.

Drinks were made correctly, food is acceptable except for the oil provided for dipping. It was rancid and obviously not extra virgin olive oil. The entrees were delivered quickly, too quickly and before what we thought we had ordered for an appetizer. Also there were items that were supposed to come with the dinner but we were told after being served the items were not available. The server was friendly but absent minded. She did not remember to order our appetizer (hence the quick delivery of entrees) and couldn't be bothered to remove the plates after we had finished.Within a few miles of Zona Rosa there are other restaurants that offer better service and better food. If you're stuck in the area and rely on Uber then OK. Otherwise google "restaurants near me" and choose the Hereford House or almost any other restaurant that isn't in Zona RosaPoor Zona Rosa, I'm sure the restaurants there have the best intentions but other than the Hereford House they're all pretty mediocre and that's on a good day.

Excellent service, from the receiving staff to the manager who ensures you are welcome ?

Good table service but food was unremarkable. Doubt if we will return. Oddly the staff propped open the front door creating an unpleasant wind tunnel effect in the restaurant.

We went to enjoy dinner and have a little happy hour drinks before our dinner. We got seated right away, great booth. But as soon as we said we wanted to order happy hour drinks. We were told could not do it from the table. We asked if we could go get our drinks from bar and bring them back to table. They said no. So we found only small table at bar. I would have loved to enjoy happy hour and dinner but table so small, and bar area not same ambience as dinner area. For $7 priced drinks/ appetizers , this place works if you get there right when they open bar.

As we walked in we noticed the restaurant had a foul smell and thought about leaving but we didn't want to have to wait elsewhere. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had the Cajun chicken pasta. Neither of us cared for our meals. I have eaten at Bravo multiple times years ago and had felt it was a top notch Italian restaurant. The food we had on Saturday was disappointing and although I am not a fan of Olive Garden I told my husband as we left that we would've had a better meal if we'd have gone there. We will not be returning.

Kids had chicken parm and it was chicken tenders that were soggy with watered red sauce. My wife had the lobster shrimp Alfredo fettuccine with 2 bites of what looked like squid not lobster and 5 mini shrimps. Microwaved noodles and milk for alfredo, $36 plate where is the seafood and why is it microwaved.Bravo is a very nice place don't get me wrong but the quality has to be on point for a high end Italian restaurant in the zona Rosa area.It was very disappointing for $150 worth of food.
