Brookside Sushi is a favorite spot in the city for fresh fish, including Octopus, Squid, and Eel. The Sake Toro is delicious, and the Daikin roll and Yellowtail hand roll are must-tries. The chicken katsu and pork gyoza are also highly recommended. The torched salmon belly sushi is superb. While some found the Chimichang not to their taste, the Red Dragon roll was a hit. Despite some slow service, the flavors and quality of the food make it a must-visit in KC.
