Charged for a cotton candy cloud. Told they weren't getting the foam until next week. I tried to argue that they charged me for it and they refused to correct the issue. They just kept saying they didn't have the foam. Should have mentioned that when I ordered it in the first place and not charged me for it. Waited for someone to greet me for about 4 min. Terrible experience. Hire more people or close it.

Had about a 10 minute wait for 2 whopper jr"s and an order of fries,got home no fries in bag,tried to call location, no answer, guess I'm screwed. Tired of poor service and low quality products especially as much as stuff costs. Is there anything that can be done to improve these issues? Please Help! ?

Terrible customer service. The manager claimed she put all my food in my bag but I was missing one item and had another made incorrectly. She would not give me the item I had paid for. Please avoid this location.

Horrible service! Never get the orders right! They never have what you need or want or are missing something. And their soda never tastes right! I live close to this BK and Id rather drive to Belton's or Lee summit BK

Was the only one in store and wasn't acknowledged for 5 minutes. Employees in the back were arguing on their phones. They couldn't figure out what bags had what in them. Another customer came after me and he explained more than once he still needed fries. They didn't give them and he stormed off angrily. My bf was in line for 10 minutes while the previous customer was waiting for his order and no one took his order but as soon as a Doordarsh driver came in the woman attended him but not my boyfriend. We left as we couldn't wait past 15 minutes for "fast" food.
