They did an EXCELLENT JOB on our HUGE order!!!👍🏽😁👍🏽😁
Customer service was very poor!
I haven’t been to BK in 6+ years. Shame on Burger King for going on a media blitz, touting new recipes and fresh food and not backing it up in the restaurant. Took at least 10 mins to order and get food in drive-thru. Sauces missing, half the nuggets old and stale. Sandwich slopped with sauce and toppings. Marketing will bring people in but the restaurant’s quality and experience bring them back. I, for one, will not be back.

Burger King, located in Grandview on Main St, offers a tidy atmosphere with wheelchair-accessible restrooms. The Whopper is a popular menu item. However, service can be slow, and there have been reports of incorrect orders. The management is praised for their attentiveness and efficient problem-solving. The restaurant's cleanliness is commendable.
