I don't normally do this, but I have to give a bad review. I pulled into the drive-thru, ordered the new chicken parm meal, a mushroom swiss big king, and a bacon double cheeseburger. Pulled around to the window, no one else was in line. The girl took my money, gave me my drink, then asked me to pull around to the front and she'd bring the food out. What has happened to this location? I'd give this a negative number if I could. And I blame this on the Management. No ice. Cold food. Wrong food. No fries cooked. Wait over 15 minutes for an order. Lobby had 6 people in it. Drive thru very few cars. The 1 with the long braided hair (weave) needs to keep her hands out of her hair while serving food.
