Will not be coming here again ordered online and they said the lobby was closed but online said it was opened then, they say they are closed but let a guy with a dog eat right at the front counter. As I'm writing this he is letting the dog eat right at the counter. Wow. Just wow.

The store was at about 2 stars a few weeks ago. Major improvements have been made in their service. Although the lobby is still closed for dine in this place has mobile ordering as well as door dash, grub hub, post mates and uber eats. Much improved. Good job Burger King

I hate to do it. This place is noooo buenooooo. Didn’t even get to order, sat at the window for 5 min. Why I waited that long still baffles me. Then drove up to the window giving the benefit of the doubt that the intercom is broken. Nope. People just standing around not paying any attention. As I sit in the restaurant next door, some other silly people aware waiting at the same spot. How long will the wait? Only time will tell. Now there’s 3 cars.

This place was not very clean. I bought a salad and couldn't even eat it but my boys got the 5 for $4 and theirs were good. There was only like 3 people working and one sounded like she was hacking up a lung and than one was outside smoking and came inside to take someone's order and i didn't see him wash his hands before taking her order after smoking

Stopped in the drive thru on Dec 7th. There were only 2 cars in from of us. Took 20 minutes to get our order. Guy at the window never bothered to stand up (he was sitting on some type of tiny stool in window area). He didn't even get our drinks ready until right before he handed us our order. I always make sure to get mine special made (like no onions or something) I pulled my sandwich out as we were driving away and it was ice cold. Like they'd pulled in out of the fridge. I can't see how it could take 20 minutes to fix cold food? Not even worth going back

Orderd a cheeseburger combo waited for 30 minutes to get warm burger and warm fries . It was only three cars in front of me I swear at least 30 minutes for warm food could have been hot and I would have not minded but 30 minutes for warm food is nuts. What are they doing back there.

I’m so Disappointed I knew they were going to mess my order up. On top of that I asked for a receipt and never got one. I even went back in just to double check and the order was still wrong. They honestly didn’t give what we ordered. This is why I never like Burger King.

Not a bad experience. They made my spicy chicken Jrs as regular be chicken Jrs like most burger Kings tend to do. But they remade the sandwiches without a problem and all was well

They served me two raw chicken sandwiches ... I bit out of one twice ... I wasn’t giving no apology just told to bring it and they will handle it by a lady that just a store manager but kept telling me she was the GM .. trying to cover it up
