The food was good, hot, and my order was cooked the way I asked.

Order taker was fine except they assumed we were "eat in". For was fine except our fries weren't salted. The interior was pretty dirty... Especially the ceiling area. You know, above where there's food so the crusted up dust and dirt can fall in. They got our order right and got us our food pretty quickly.

My order a lot of time seems to be ready before I get my drink. They normally get you in and out unless it's lunch time, there is a convention/conference, or Sprint Center/Power & Light District event.

Most people think that this fast food joint is a Whopper Bar in the Power and Light District - but nope, it's not! This joint is basically a low end version of Burger King and what's worse is the dirty busted up restrooms and the lack of cleanliness and order being incorporated inside the restaurant. Especially, when you see the homeless harassing you for money as you walk in there without proper order being maintained especially at nights. At first, I thought it's a high end version of Burger King but when I went inside for the first time, but I was shocked that this place is just a regular fast food venue when the outside has the Whopper Bar sign right front of it. The only good aspect is the prices and cheap combo deals, everything else aside is convoluted all around.
This was my 1st time at the whopper bar. The service was excellent and our food was fresh and hot!🤗 I was very happy about that... however, I didn't get the bar experience I so desired??🤔 maybe next time....

Limited menu, has beer, NO parking. Don't expect to drop by this particular BK to pick up food for the family. Downtown parking is cancerous. You will end up walking 30 minutes. Not worth it unless you are in the area for other reasons.

Extremely rude staff. One Friday morning at 10:34 AM I was looking for a quick bite and approached BK (their sign stated they opened at 10:30) seeing that two employees were standing outside chatting. As soon as they saw me, they ran in and locked the door behind them and simply stared at my from the inside. It was 40°F outside and they did not even have the decency of letting me in, besides the fact that they were technically already supposed to be open. Food tasted mediocre anyways. Go to Chipotle instead, great food and quality service.

Rude staff, thery were out of 3 different menu items...on a Saturday afternoon. I will never go back to this particular BK.
I have always loved it.
