This review is an example of exactly why you don't write a bad review first time around. This particular Burger King is a Hallmark to the brand. Staff is smart and friendly and do a super job. Our fries are always hot and crispy and our Whoppers loaded. Yesterday was an off day. They had a line of cars out of the drive thru, the poor lady at the window looked frazzled, and I go home and realized a chunk of my order was missing. Drive thru attendant seemed angry at the world. Had to wait ten minutes after paying (three songs on the radio). Food was adequate but fries were cold and soft drinks watered down.
