I first became acquainted with Caribou Coffee on a trip to Minneapolis several years ago Since then, it's been my favorite brand. I buy the Obsidian blend whole beans nd prepare it in a French press. I have tried all sorts of different coffee and there is no better dark roast to be found anywhere.

I so miss the "real" Caribou" experience that I was used to in the Twin Cities, where I used to live. Denver used to have several good ones, but only one is left there now. Caribou used to be the only coffee shop I wanted to go to but now I'm on the hunt for a new favorite. consistently fabulous coffee and the salespersons are so upbeat and respectful. the coffee is over-the-top great!!! I have been a fan since I lived in Marietta GA and discovered Caribou. So so far better than Starbuck's and they don't skimp or take advantage of you as a consumer like Starbuck's. They really give you a product that is WORTH what you spend on it and ummmm, yummy.
