Love this place! I was looking for one of these Nutrition places after I worked out and came across this place. The girls were so friendly and helpful, I hadn’t been to one in awhile. I ordered the banana nut bread shake and I can’t stop craving it now! So good and even better that is healthy and I don’t have to feel guilty about it!
Amazing teas and smoothies. You can add extra shots like immune boosting, energy, collagen, etc etc. A little pricey but soooo good and the girls are super sweet. Just tell them what you want or looking for and they will recommend and whip you up something fabulous.

I love Rise Nutrition! Great staff & the shake + tea combos are ALWAYS a hit. I had a Pumpkin Oreo shake and it was the BEST HEALTHY shake I've ever had! Absolutely recommend! :)
