When I get food for my family from here we aren't disappointed. They haven't gotten our orders wrong ever, even when we order on the app, which impresses me. Staff has been friendly with every interaction I have had with them.

Visited the evening of 02/14 and the staff left me very impressed. Every single one was enthusiastic, kind, and efficient! It’s not often you find a group like that, was very nice to see. Thank you all for your kindness. I felt very welcome and I was only there for a few minutes. Excellent, excellent work and excellent individuals.

This is by far the best Chipotle restaurant in the region, probably in the world. The staff here is incredibly friendly, the management is helpful, courteous and efficient. The quality if the food is beyond unmatched, not a single location compares. I will continue to exclusively drive to Parkville for my food, as they simply know how to take care of a customer and make a damn good burrito!
