Though I had a scan code in the app to redeem in store, I was forced by the employee to make an online order, TO PAY ONLINE ORDERING APP FEES of .12 cents INSTEAD OF THE EMPLOYEE JUST SCANNING THE CODE FROM MY APP. WHO OFFERS FREE ITEMS FOR LOYALTY, THEN FORCES THEM to makean online order to recoup the companies fees. I'm in person at the store... why force someone to pay online when I have the scan code pulled up and ready in store??
Then you are cashless so now I have to pay .12 cents for you to have a mobile app and can't pay in cash. Who swipes their card for 12 cents??? The email says service fees apply online and in app. I WAS IN THE STORE!!!
Okay unnecessary online order and 12 cents charged... I ask for no ice... Just to be told they can't make a coffee drink with no ice?? On what Planet????? I have more ice than coffee!! I have never had such problems and issues ever in life. Don't send people to locations to tell them to make mobile orders, that's literally the reason many people do in person to avoid fees. Will never be back. Dutch bros coffee is way better and they service without all the crap.

We ordered cinnamon roles to be picked up a day in advance for a brunch we were hosting. We had ordered from the catering menu. We received a call from store manager Eric the morning before picking up our order. He recognized that we were likely ordering food for the next day given our pickup time was 5pm. He talked to us about our order and revised it to cinnaPacks to save money. I felt this was great customer service to take the time to make these alterations to our order. I picked up my order and food was ready when I got there. Of course, the roles are delicious! And the cold brew was good too. I believe Cinnabon rolls are consistently good most places that you go. But customer service at this location takes it up a notch! Well done.

We had an afternoon free and decided to come to the plaza to eat at cinnamon. It was tasty and delicious. We got a center of the roll and cinnabites. They were both delicious. There's no parking super close but plenty of parking lots near by. The accessability is ok. There aren't places to eat in the restaurant so we took ours to a nearby bench. Service was fast and friendly.

Thank you so much to Erik and his team for the excellent customer service, amazing cinnamon rolls and delivery service! I dropped the ball this year and was late on placing a large order, but without any hesitation they knocked out our order and made my deadline achievable.

Kind of small at this location. Tried the cookie cinnamon roll it was delicious. I just wish that they honored Cinnabon app rewards, the lady said something about it being only an Auntie Anne’s store and that Cinnabon was a sister company and that I would have to travel to the nearest Cinnabon that honored my Cinnabon rewards. Anyways here is the menu guys ;)
