Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Although the food was very good there were several issues. A member of my party was charged for a drink that he was never served. When approached about the discrepancy, the bartender shrugged it off. After a second request to address, the manager (Mitch) came to discuss the problem. He was zero help. The servers were all standing around doing nothing. One was apparently amused by the issue. Mitch did nothing to correct staff. I do not believe he handled the situation correctly at all. It was a mess. My wife did a tasting.. sadly, she had to wait 20 minutes before she was even addressed. And they weren't busy. My advice. Call ahead
If Mitch is there, don't go.

The wine bar was ok. Bad staffing--waited 20 min for anyone to acknowledge me and a friend at the wine bar. The person pouring didn't know about the wines or care about them. He would pour 3 glasses at a time and walk away. We also got charged for a drink we didn't receive. The place on Tiffany Springs Rd leaves a lot to be desired. Their manager, Mitch, doesn't know what he is doing either. Sad! Not sure about staying a wine club member after this visit!

Valencia was a great waitress. Food is always delicious.

Mark, the bartender was amazing!! He had a tough customer and he was so very kind and professional during the whole situation. The whole staff is amazing at this location! Patrick, Ashon, Brooke and Emalee and George where all amazing! Head here for a great night out with friends you will not regret it!!! It is one of our favorite spots!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Cooper's Hawk! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall energy of the restaurant made for a great night out. A special thank you to our server Kirsten and Manager Mitch for providing exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. It's clear they take pride in creating a great experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, great energy, and great vibes. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Cooper's Hawk to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience!

All around great place to eat. Haven't found anything here thst isn't absolutely amazing.

I don't know how many times.... I've had to return a steak for which I specifically asked for medium rare... but what came out was well done. I'm not sure who the chef is but at this point they need to be replaced.

this a very nice evening out. the dining rooms are pretty loud, uncomfortably so at times. but, the food is excellent. i had the split dish- pretzel topped pork chop and pistachio topped grouper. the were perfectly prepared and tasted great. my wife enjoyed one of their mahi mahi sandwiches. our group of 6 were seated comfortably at an appropriately sized table. our server was busy, but efficient. the pretzel bread was tasty as well.
the wine club is an interesting concept. we look forward to returning. their menu is varied with lots of appealing choices.

Laura L. is incredible. Cooper’s Hawk already has a great reputation, but people like Laura are the reason it stands out. She was knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless. It’s rare to find someone who can make you feel both welcomed and genuinely valued as a guest.

Great food and wine will bring people in, but exceptional employees keep them coming back. Laura is an absolute ace, and she turned a good evening into a great one. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see her again.
