Delicious coffee and very friendly staff. I feel like a regular when I go in despite not going often. They have a punch card to earn a free drink. I switched to getting my iced coffee here instead of McClain's due to getting more bang for my buck. The large iced mocha here is three times the size at McClain's for the same price!

This is the perfect coffee shop. I’ve never seen a sad face and the service is wonderful. One time I got a coffee but slipped on ice walking home, I walked back to buy a new one, and I told them why I was back and they gave me a free coffee. It’s not just that, they are always nice, and don’t even get me started on the coffee (try the iced mocha). they have a great atmosphere and a fun environment. 5 stars.

It was our first time and had such a great experience.
People are super nice, workers and clients.
I got a burrito with veggies, Latte and a snack for my baby poodle ?
They are definitely a pet friendly coffee shop, have water for them inside and outside so if it’s too hot or too cold you won’t have to worry about only sitting outside.

My review isn't about the staff, nor the food. Unfortunately, it's about Crows itself overall. Crows used to be this warm, quaint little coffee shop with art on the walls and funky chalk board signs. They recently revamped the "image" with an updated "retro"/plain logo and color scheme, and did away with the chalk signs in leu of screen displays that are actually quite hard to read while standing in line. The vibe just feels generic now. The staff are the same fun, funky, enjoyable folks but now they feel out of place in such a stream lined interior. Just wished the powers that be could see worth in what was rather than over simplified redefinitions.
