2 things that slightly annoyed me about this place is that they only accept online orders, even though you can talk to them right through the window (I understand it from an efficiency perspective but the customer convenience is meh). They can't make your burger as a non-smash burger (no they don't burn it to a crisp or over charr it, but we were looking for a thicker style burger). Hands down the best burger and tots in KC. It is a no frills smash burger restaurant. Extra cheese and bacon. Done to perfection. Cosmo Burger does two things, burgers and tater tots and I would be hard pressed to name a place that does either better in KC.
