Consistently good
Culver's has the best fast food burgers and among the best burgers in general. perfect smash burgers, with amazing melting cheese, and customized to whatever you want on it. The cheese curds are so good, nice and crispy outside and soft cheddar inside. The chicken strips are fried to perfection, with quality selection of chicken, no weird twisty strips here and comes with a generous serving of sauce.
This Culver's in an excellent example of the Culver's chain.

This location will not honor my kid’s 2025 summer of reading challenge coupon. No explanation was given, and there is no expiration date on the coupon.
Update: I shared feedback on the Culvers website, and received no response.

dont go there well at least that store when you call ahead of time and show up to get a part you had previously ask for they said they had but had to order it .All the sudden not a soul said they answered the phone and pointed to the back to fake dude in back just to get me in the store to buy a higher priced part .
Pot roast sandwich is delicious. Staff very friendly. Tartar sauce bland.

Culver’s supplied Scoopie’s Super Reader vouchers for a Free Kids Meal to the Mid Continent Public Library kids summer reading program however this location won’t accept them stating that they are expired. There is no expiration date shown and they have a copy right date of 2025. I will never return to this location again.

Today, I visited Culver's for the first time at this location. I ordered at 8:19 pm. I ordered a burger meal with cheese curds. I received the wrong sandwich at 8:30. I was told they would bring me the correct food with marinara. I kept my sauceless curds. I received the correct burger at 8:39. I was told they'd be back with the marinara. 8:49 I went to the counter to get a new cheese curds since mine were now 19 minutes old, and I asked for Marinara.
They completed my order at 8:55. The food was fresh and tasted good. So, if you have 36 minutes to wait for a meal, then I'd recommend it.
If you're grabbing fast food in a hurry, I would not recommend it. The trash cans were also completely full and customers were just putting their trays full of trash on top of the receptacles. They were full when i got there, and they were full when I left. I sat in the booth facing the trash receptacles and they were not serviced in the close-to hour I was there.
The nice employees unfortunately do not outweigh the extremely slow and inaccurate service. I wanted to stay and try their custard but I ran out of time.

I realize this is a convenience food restaurant, but after several less than good experiences with this location, I felt it was time to write a review.
The first few times visiting this location when they first opened, the food was amazing - hot, fresh and very good. My subsequent experiences have been abysmal. My visit this evening resulted in my last.
I don’t care for ice cream at all but for some reason, felt like a small cup would taste good after a hot day. Instead of driving 5 miles to Andy’s, I drove two to Culver’s. The small “cup” was nearly $5, and it was less than half full. This is after waiting 7 minutes before being able to move my car away from the speaker due to the hold up at the window. Having never ordered ice cream at this place before, I looked at it and said to the associate- “is this IT?” to which he replied that he would make me a fresh one. Assuming it had melted during my less than short wait, I thought the “new” one would be better. Not the case. And the “toppings” were more like a sad example of “sprinkles.” The photos online show the cup to be nearly full. That was my expectation, but was not what I received.
I’m definitely not blaming the young people who work there who are trying to do their best, but if the management doesn’t set standards, then quality degrades. This degradation has been my experience for the last several months. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I enjoy the food, but will go elsewhere until it improves. I didn’t need the extra calories anyway. 😉
Great value and atmosphere. One of our top places to eat as a family. You can also tell that they have good management here, because that is reflected in the way the young employees engage.
