It's a little place. Cupcakes are good not great. Frosting for each flavor was good. We got a dozen. Yes a little over priced @$5/. I think they should give you a free one if you buy 12. It was my wife's bday and the lady helping who was very nice actually called and asked the owner while we were their to see if we get a free one but owner said no:( they need to bring chairs back into the store so your not just standing around waiting for the 1 lady to frost each cake. Also they should always have at least 2 people on staff. Besides that all and all not bad.

I would like to post an edit to my review. The owner has been notified about the cake and shown a picture. The baker lied and said they talked to the owner about the cake. They have reached out and are remaking the product to rectify the situation. Im glad there is a positive outcome of this situation and hopefully they dont have to have this happen to any other customers.To see a dad upset over a cake ordered weeks before hand and the product to look at was unbelievable! It looks like a child helping decorate with there grammy learning made this cake. To pay $65.00 and get a cake that looks the way it did is crazy! Her name wasnt even spelled right.

Great customer service from the owners! They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that was out of their control, not only are they remaking the cake but in addition, making cup cakes for the staff at The Ronald McDonald House. I would highly recommend! ♥️?

Cupcake a la mode ought to be ashamed of themself. An eight inch cake was ordered for a special four year old girl, Havi by her military father! The pictured cake was what was made - six inches with Havi's name spelled wrong as Habi. The cake looks like a child made it. The owner was unwilling to speak by phone, and only offered a store credit and Katie, the woman working at the store was entirely rude! She kicked him out! If this business treats military families, let alone single dads with disabled children this way, they should not be in business.

should've looked in the box before I left. :/ i doubt this happened in the 5 minutes it took me to walk to my car.i tried to give them a chance and still tried them but they were not good. the cupcakes were gummy on the inside and hard on the outside.

My favorite cupcake shop! I have been a fan of this place for YEARS! Came back in town and literally ran (I thought they were about to close for the night lol) to get me a chocolate obsession cupcake. It brought back so many great memories of enjoying these when I was younger. These cupcakes are always fresh, moist, and not over the top with the sugar.
Met the owner today. Super nice guy, great service and the cupcakes were super gourmet and out of this world delicious. First time trying this place with my grandkids and the 11 and 6 year agrees with me. We will be back. Love this place. Highly recommend.

I ordered 1 red velvet and 1 strawberry on 2/24/24. Both tasted as if they were a few days old. Very dry dense cake, and the icing was hard as if they sit out in the open. A waste of money. Both were thrown away.

The service was super friendly! It wasn't too packed in the shop which was nice, gave me time to pick a cupcake! The cupcake itself was sweet rich and fluffy but did not taste like raspberry lemonade one bit. Maybe the flavor was there but very faint.

Cupcakes here are pricey and this is a very no frills establishment with no seating options, only standing room availability with a small counter. All the flavors sound and look delectable, just wish they were in reality.
