Dodson’s is a little neighborhood bar located in the heart of Waldo right off of 75th and Wornall. They have a great selection of cocktails, beer, and specials. We came for a few drinks on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy! The bar stools are super comfortable, there are plenty of TVs if you want to watch a sports game, and they open the garage for a nice breeze when it’s cool outside. Inside they have Cosmo Burger that serves up fresh smash burgers and tater tots that are absolutely fantastic, we will definitely be back!

You literally cannot find a better bar in this neighborhood. A little bit divey, a little bit fancy, great cocktails and a wide beer selection. All of the bartenders are the most wonderful people, and anyone who tells you otherwise probably isn't telling you the whole story.

The best way to describe this place is if a swanky cocktail lounge and a dive bar had a baby… that’s Dodson’s. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The cocktails are delicious. They have a good lineup of beer and liquor options. People are laid back and friendly. Bartenders are charismatic and know their craft. The cosmic burgers are to die for. This is my favorite place to grab a nightcap in Waldo.

The bartender refused to serve me water while I was designated driving. He said, "I'm not here to serve you waters all night". Will not be coming back And that bartender with the ponytail is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

Decent spot, a bit pretentious with the overpriced vodka soda in the fancy (small) glassware. We enjoyed playing some Nintendo while waiting for our Cosmos burgers, ate and left. My drink was $22.50

What a great bar and the atmosphere in there is amazing! I love how the place is set up with big seating areas along with tables. The burgers there are also AMAZING!!!

My girlfriend & I came here to try Cosmic Burger, but they were still closed. We decided to wait and have a few drinks until Comic Burger opened. The best decision I made that week. Their bartender Deon killed it. He made me one delicious cocktail called the melon-ball which was tasted and my girlfriend loved her Mai Thai . The black Manhattan wasn’t our favorite but everything else was perfect. Thanks Deon for the great service! Also the vibe and set up is cozy & cool especially if you like pandas

Cool bar. I hadn't been in since it was Quintons way back in the day. Bar staff was awesome. Wasn't too busy when we got there, but picked up quick in a about an hour or so. Will definitely be going back.
