Dominic's Casual Italian

The spicy red sauce was the highlight—unique and very good. Unfortunately, the chicken parm was tough and tasted like it had been held too long. For what they charge, the quality and portion size did not measure up. Better fresh-made Italian can be found elsewhere for less.

We called 30 minutes before closing for a takeout order. When I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing they were putting chairs on the tables and mopping the floor. But I was greeted warmly, and my food was retrieved promptly. I appreciate not being treated like a last minute customer. And of course the food was delicious and still hot when I got home. We will definitely order from here again.

The chicken strips were dry, and the fries were limp and soggy. The Alfredo was pretty good, but the sauce had separated. The tables were dirty, and the bathroom floors were so sticky you could hear your feet sticking with each step.

Some of the best Italian food in KC, and I've had it all. Especially considering it's fast and you can take kids to eat without a long dining experience.

I don’t live in KC anymore but grew up there, I always make sure to stop by Dominic’s. I love their red sauce, I wish I could bottle it and take it with me!

Everything here is delicious! I’ve had it all. No lie. The sugo is the real deal, the lasagna makes my eyes roll to back of my head it’s so good, the Spindini is the best in town, the meatballs are perfectly perfect in every way, and the grilled chicken sandwich is something I can’t live without. Don’t forget dessert, it’s scrumptious too. Everyone working hard, and being nice:)

The restaurant was a favorite of our family… the place is not great any longer. Benches are ripped, can’t get what was ordered, and the staff is rude. I am amazed at young staff that treat customers so rudely when they are unable to get an order right not once but twice! Maybe if you were not too busy being rude you could figure out an order.
Don’t bother with this restaurant!

Let me be clear… I was not in the drive thru! I was dining in your 64 th street store. My family and I were there to enjoy dinner since our college daughter was back in town. Your employees brought the food out twice incorrectly and then carried it back to your table and then you ask me if I was going to eat it. So as family we decide we would leave without eating. Clearly you make excuses in place of professionalism.
