The go-to place for a kids day out and they love picking out the toppings for all their own minis. They also have the best holiday donuts that you can preorder and so easy to pickup.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The environment of the shop is not one I would recommend to any customer. I have been in a couple of times and each time, the staff has seemed depressed and acted like they hated their jobs which is something that very poorly reflects the business and management. If your employees seem that miserable, I’m not going to pay for ridiculously overpriced donuts. The donuts are tasty sure, but the price is not worth it for how negative your experience will be. A business like this is selling an experience more than the actual product, which is fine but if you’re going to have a business model like this, then you better pay your staff accordingly and you better treat them right. The staff seems incredibly unhappy and put up with a lot. I’ve never really seen the same people in there either, lots and lots of employee turnover sure does reflect poorly on management and ownership. I’ve never seen the owners in the shop, just on the social media. But maybe it would be a good idea for them to work in their shops for a change so they better understand and appreciate what their employees do, maybe then will the staffing situation improve. I hope you’re paying your poor staff a fair wage.

I try to be very balanced in my reviews. Having a shop so close that has GF pastries is a great provision. Also the quality of the food is wonderful. However, I went into the store in Westport at 6:20am on a Saturday to get GF items and also apple fritters and iced cinnamon rolls. When I arrived, they informed me that they would not have any until 8:30-9:30am. I assumed maybe someone came in early and purchased all. Nope, they just didn't make them "so we could focus on making other donuts" is what I was told. This is very frustrating as this is a staple for donut shops. May have to spend the time and go to Morgana's in Raytown now.

The mini doughnuts are incredible! They are made to order and warm when you get them. I had the glazed and chocolate donuts, but they have so many options to choose from.
Absolute Best Donuts in Kansas City! Staff is Super Friendly! Great glazed donuts and make sure you try the pine cones, they are Awesome!
