Horrible experience here when me and my little girl came in last week. wasn't greeted at all. We were the only ones in there and waited and waited for 2 doughnuts. went up to the girl and she proceeded to tell me did your payment go through? you would of had to sign the screen. I told her I did and she asked my name, I told her and then we got our doughnuts. the French silk is unbearable to eat. way too sweet and way overpriced. Will not be back. do better in your business.
Placed a special order for pick up.
Called the store before placing the order to make sure the pick up time was ok for them. They told me it was.
Picked up the order at the agreed time. The drive up window wasn’t working. As I was reading the sign about the window not working, the older man yelled at me that the drive thru wasn’t working and aggressively pointed to the sign I had been trying to read.

We had a great time at Donutology in Westport! Delicious, fresh, choose-your-own-toppings, kid-friendly. Hardworking staff, friendly, great atmosphere. Will be back!
