The past several times I've placed mobile orders here, the service is really nice and my order is correct. I think it really depends on what shift is working, because late morning/afternoon shifts have been amazing. Sometimes the wait time is longer than expected, but I never have any issues besides that. Really friendly staff, always making sure to find a substitute the customer is happy with.

At 6:35 in the morning, Only one car ahead and still waited 10 min for a mobile order. Then, half of my food is missing. I used to be a daily customer until a whole new management team took over. Staff would rather stand around and chat with each other than wait on customers. Now I remember why I haven't been there in a week and a half. Unreal

somehow, all of their workers are incompetent, I’ve never gotten my order correct every single time I have to go inside and thoroughly explain how they messed up my simple order. i wish i was over exaggerating…

Completely ignored when ordering inside. Had to order through the kiosk which didn’t offer all the donuts. Then waited entirely too long for 6 donuts to be put in a box.

everyone here have disgusting nasty attitudes I ordered a iced matcha pulled up to the window because I forgot to add 1 ingredient continued to flag her down while she went to the screen to take orders twice with the cup that you make the drinks with exposing my drink in the air and opening she then finally after paying attention slammed the door and threw stuff on the counter because she wasn’t paying attention while exposing my drink Idk if they be short staffed but it’s always problems here you can here the rudeness while your ordering and you can sense the rudeness while paying for your things something’s gotta change here it’s ridiculous

Forgot to give me my donut, when I went back for it it was wrong. My blueberry crisp latte taste absolutely horrible and nothing like it should. The sign in their drive thru is missing at least half of what it’s supposed to have. This entire store needs a refresh. I’ll drive out of my way to go to 7 brews next time.

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, and the employees who worked this morning 4/15 were trying their best to be as rude as possible. If you don’t like your job get a new one!

Went through the drive through to pick up. My order took ten minutes to make my online order. I didn't check the food before I left so that was my bad a guess. No cream cheese and the food was all cold. That chicken bacon Croissant tasted like it was in the freezer for days. Not a good dunkin location!

Tried ordering a drink at the drive thru, and the person taking the order had to ask everyone in the store if it was still available. After 5 minutes of waiting for an answer, I cancelled the drink and left.

Complete crap shot. Service so bad,I left to bid a job , came back 45 minutes later to only find my order was still incomplete. Was offered donuts other than what I ordered because nobody wanted to do anything. All I heard was complaining from the acting manager, someone showed up late while in line and instead of helping customers, whomever was in back that couldn't make donuts decided the person that showed up late. One older lady was doing what she could with what she had. Close this place or get some help. Absolutely no accountability or responsibility taken at this place. I won't be back here or to any dunkin donuts ever again.

It is 12:00 in the afternoon. They have a girl in there on her phone over the counter. The manager don't have on the gloves fixing food. The boy at the drive-thru is high as a kite. I ordered a iced caramel iced coffee and there was no caramel in it. This is the second time this done happened I'mma need them to put a Duncan somewhere else besides this one or get more people
