Tried ordering a drink at the drive thru, and the person taking the order had to ask everyone in the store if it was still available. After 5 minutes of waiting for an answer, I cancelled the drink and left.

Complete crap shot. Service so bad,I left to bid a job , came back 45 minutes later to only find my order was still incomplete. Was offered donuts other than what I ordered because nobody wanted to do anything. All I heard was complaining from the acting manager, someone showed up late while in line and instead of helping customers, whomever was in back that couldn't make donuts decided the person that showed up late. One older lady was doing what she could with what she had. Close this place or get some help. Absolutely no accountability or responsibility taken at this place. I won't be back here or to any dunkin donuts ever again.

It is 12:00 in the afternoon. They have a girl in there on her phone over the counter. The manager don't have on the gloves fixing food. The boy at the drive-thru is high as a kite. I ordered a iced caramel iced coffee and there was no caramel in it. This is the second time this done happened I'mma need them to put a Duncan somewhere else besides this one or get more people

Came at 6:15 pm through the drive thru, nobody answered. I parked and the doors were locked with 2 people just looking at me.
Food is fine, they forgot our order and took 30 minutes to eventually get to us. I love Dunkin but this location is not good

This place is my sister's go-to for cold brew coffee. The drive-thru wait was extended, so we ordered inside.
The place was very clean and the staff were very attentive and busy.
The completed orders station was a bit confusing. The staff calls out drinks and snacks one at a time rather than whole completed.
The drinks and snacks were great.

Someone give Paula a raise. I went through the drive thru this morning and she was a blessing to interact with; sweet, informative, courteous and friendly. Honestly the best interaction I’ve ever had at a dunkin. Really brightened my day!

Went there today around 0515. I never have bad service here. Food is always great. Employees very friendly. But today, nothing was toasted, and one of my alvacado toast with bacon had no bacon, and it wasn't toasted. Also ordered a sourdough breakfast that wasn't toasted. Just ruined my breakfast for me today. Please take the time to toast stuff and add bacon to your sandwiches. Yes, I know there is usually one person working there this early. As I mentioned, I never have a problem this early any other time.

While 3 people watched me learn to use your in store donut wait screen with zero other customers in store I was disappointed NOONE assisted. When it came time to pay the option that wasn't your app failed. Twice. Figuring I had wasted enough time I just left. Your customer experience SUCKED. Oh, and you lost a $13.38 sale today. And I shared my bad experience here and on other social media accounts. I could calculate a value for you but I don't work here. This is why your store is getting negative publicity. Oh well, publicity is publicity. Never going back again
