Best African restaurant in KC..! š yum yum chop, chip honey dip..!𤤠Fried fish/chicken is exceptionalš
We ordered 3 different dishes and couldn't eat it. Too much salt. Someone needs to do quality check on the food before they serve. They have food customer service but food is terrible

They can work on a more thoughtful inviting style for the restaurant it almost looks like they are closing the store . Wasnt a fan of there version of joloff rice . Im used to the ghanian and nigerian style. The food is fresh and delicious it takes awhile because it's fresh so no complaints. Will be back .

Egusi soup was little bit salty, but other foods like jollof rice, pepper soup, etc. were perfect. Overall it was great experience. Will definitely come back again.

When the food is on point itās five stars but itās become way too inconsistent lately. Yesterday I ordered through DoorDash and my okra soup had one edible drumstick and then two bones of what appeared to be thighs. Why put bones with no meat in my soup! Charging $20 for soup with a single piece of meat in it is insane. The quality of the chicken in my soup has been lacking the past few visits. It has been hard and old on multiple occasions. I want to support this business but the repeat poor service and low quality food is making it challenging.

My friend took me here for the first time and the egusi soup was highly recommended. It did not disappoint! The girl helping us noticed Iām pregnant and made it a point to make sure the spice level wasnāt too much for me which was super considerate, so I was able to enjoy almost all of it and took home the rest. Iāll definitely be back for more āŗļø

I called and a woman picked up and just said hello. I didn't know if I misdailed and called the wrong number, so I asked if this was the business Fannie's, since she didn't answer the phone in a professional way. She was very rude and said, "I did say it, you just didn't hear me!" I hung up, definitely not wanting food from some rude people. My food needs to be full of love lol. Headed to Yasmeen, their Ethiopian food is FIRE!
