We went in to have some burgers for dinner and was met with a little difficulty at the register with the young man taking the orders. When I expressed concern for what had happened Alina and Gavin stepped up to the plate and made sure everything was taken care of & that we got the correct food ordered! They were wonderful friendly customer service oriented folks! Our food turned out perfectly delicious!!

Suprised on how much the combos cost these days. Like everything else it has gone up. Almost 50 bucks for 2 burgers combos with fries and drinks and 2 shakes. That's like 4hrs of work . For something that will take less than 5 minutes to smash. Not something i can do every week. Wishing things would be different.
Never a bad experience at Freddy's. Great food, friendly staff and awesome food served hot and fresh. Not heat lamp nonsense
The bathrooms are dirty and it takes too long to serve an ice cream cone.

When visiting MO I try to go to Freddy's since they are not in the state I'm from. This Freddy's was the dirtiest one I've ever been to. Trash on the floors and tables dirty...the drink station a mess, no lids refilled and to top it off the smell of sewage/ toilets filled the air. It smelled like being in a huge Port-a-potty , it was disgusting. The smell pierced my nose so bad I smelled it even after I left. Staff when not working were not doing any cleaning. Just nasty. Freddy's...more like Stanky's.
