Edit: I did get ahold of them and they offered me a resolution.
I did a mobile order. Picked it up and got home and I’m missing food. . Everytime I call I get mailbox is full try again later.

I went to Freddy’s in Milford, OH and the drive-thru guy was SUPER FRIENDLY!!! His name was Justin! He was very welcoming and helpful and super cheerful which helped because I was having a not so good day and it cheered me up a bit! I highly recommend this location!

Well... it is fast food so you can't expect awesome. I was hacked off by my shake. I ordered a small... their small is a mini, not a small. Is this another case of shrinkflation? Not sure. I just know it felt like a rip off.
