The Vanilla late was way too sweet even with an extra shot of espresso, and milk was not heated up enough making the latte on the cold end of lukewarm, and the breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle.
The baristas did not seem to be very focused on the product.
Was a shame because the outer part of the sandwich that was warm was pretty good.

Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. Pool is awesome. Shuttle driver Daryl is awesome. Best shuttle driver. Friendly, funny, and goes out of his way to help you get somewhere and learn the area. Great location to power and light district and lots of great places to eat.

We love staying at the Crown Plaza! The staff is amazing and Daryl is the best shuttle driver you could ever hope for, he is very informative and will help you navigate the places to go and takes you there with a smile on his face!!! Wonderful place to have a girls weekend!

I stayed here with a group of 7 girls total for a bachelorette party. Darryl the shuttle bus driver went above and beyond for us. We called him for a ride and we’re on a bus in 10 minutes, and he also picked us up after our event. He also helped us carry bags to our car. He was accommodating and so friendly and helped us so much!! Thank you Darryl!
We chose this hotel because of the pool and brand. The staff were very nice and the lobby is nice. The room’s carpet was soaking wet under the window area. The pool’s ladders were not properly attached and the lift/accessible chair for the pool was inoperable. Because of my disability I could not get into the pool without steps, a properly installed ladder or a chair so I could not enjoy it with my grandchildren. The elevator was loud and clunky. The whole hotel needs a good makeover.

Smells great when you walk in! Super helpful staff, especially franny! Rooms were clean and beautiful, parking was conveniently located attached to the building. Walking distance to everything in PNL, dispensary FROM THE EARTH is also right there. Bar is clean and fantastic drinks! Coffee in the room and there’s a cafe located on the main floor :)

Not only did he keep us entertained but he drove the shuttle to the conference, he helped us with the elevators with hundreds of people staying at the hotel, and also helped us in an overflow room where we stored our bags and he did it all with the great attitude

Things got off on the wrong foot with me and the Crowne Plaza. Due to a huge influx of folks arriving for a nearby convention, we were not able to get into our block of rooms until 5pm. HOWEVER, the staff was attentive, apologetic and worked tirelessly to get the situation rectified. I was very impressed with the manager on duty and his attention to detail. I have to give special props to Darryl, the shuttle driver. He was absolutely incredible all week. He gave my group of 15 youth a tour of the area, gave us recommendations for places to eat and shop and in general doted on us for the duration of our trip. On our last night, he was disappointed to find out that he'd be off duty when we needed picked up from our dinner reservation. To my surprise, he showed up right when we were done and drove all our kids home -- which was a relief, considering the KC Streetcar was out of service! There are things I wish were a bit different - size of bathrooms, larger common areas, later hours for the pool - but in general, I would recommend this hotel for groups. The beds were comfortable, the views great, but the staff is really what makes this hotel shine.

This hotel is in a great location about 2-3 blocks from a streetcar station, and lots of restaurants that are walkable. when you walk in to the hotel is very well done and they have nice interactive stands with maps for thing to do. On top of having multiple restaurants, there is a nice hotel store for smaller purchases, which is always handy.
