The young gal working in this store was incredible!! I asked for pickles on my sandwich, but saw that some onions had fallen into them. I didn't catch it until after the sandwich was made. I am deathly allergic to onions and she remade my whole sandwich, no questions asked and changed gloved between making a different sandwich!! Thank you so much for accommodating!

At Goodcents they slice the meat for your sandwich right in front of you. So you know it's fresh. They have real soft bread, which is great as that tells me that it's fresh too. Their service is great, they offer a good selection of sandwich choices, and they have very reasonable prices.

Not very happy with my recent visit. I don't come here a lot but when I do it's usually a good experience. This time the girl taking our rider and starting our sandwiches was more interested in taking in her ear piece to whoever she was talking too. We had to repeat our order a few times because she couldn't remember due to talking in her phone/earpiece. Then to top it off she called someone out to finish our sandwiches cause she was done. She would rather talk on her phone/ear piece. Poor kid didn't know what our orders were or nothing. This place has gone extremely down hill in customer service and I would start to fix it with the girl who would rather talk on her phone than help paying customers. Will not be back.

Seems like they are getting very skimpy of meat. More bread and veggies. You cannot even taste the meat. Gone down hill plus the bread isn’t as fresh

Ordered baked pasta and he asked me if I wanted it hot or cold. I asked how is baked pasta cold? I guess he didn’t like my question. He had to heat it three times, every time cold in the middle. And they used to have garlic toast with baked pasta. Not sure what happened.
