Had great Easter Brunch here was super awesome food service atmosphere loved it!!

Fantastic Sunday brunch everything was fresh they even cooked my prime rib for me. First but won't be last time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My server Mikki was friendly and on time.

7 ladies in our party for lunch! The atmosphere is amazing! Indoor sidewalk café. The burnt end sandwich on toasted jalapeno cornbread was excellent! The service was exceptional! And if you are fortunate enough to get Nikki as your server, well then just sit back and enjoy this wonderful dining experience. She is a bright light in Union Station! Thank you Nikki. The sweet potato fries are a must try/smell!

Ate here with kids and had salad with grilled chicken, sandwich and kids food. Was delish and well priced. They were busy and we got me there just before lunch rush but everything was quick and seamless in terms of experience. Patience is a virtue so don’t mind waiting for a seat, they are a well oiled machine once you get seated.

Food was good, chicken & waffles was good, a little spaces for me; waffles delicious! You are going for the atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive to us, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, great suggestions. We had 4 in our group.

I had the Freight Car omelette and it was delicious. Comes with a small salad and breakfast potatoes and rye toast. Very filling. Great place to relax and also have a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. A+

My family loves Harveys for brunch. Great assortment of food and staff is always a delight. My kiddos absolutely love Shannon O! 😍 She is such a sweet soul!

Some of the best food in Kansas City. Prices are exceptionally reasonable considering the high quality of the food. Great atmosphere, fast service, and incredible taste. This is a must visit for those visiting KC.

We got items from the “specials” and all the food was just cold. We got the conductors chicken fried chicken and it came out too quickly after ordering and was extremely cold ( something that is fried this is ridiculous). Onion rings were good but outside of that I wouldn’t suggest.

The Sunday buffet is a somewhat limited with options. You have your normal American breakfast options with an option of prime rib. I didn't try it as it looked dry and overcooked, which was confirmed by another in my party. The lunch options included dry Mediterranean chicken, salad and pasta options. You're right in the middle of Union Station, so waiting to be seated can be frustrating as there is no designated wait area and you're listening in the GIGANTIC room of union station for the hostess to call your party. Service is quick and accommodating. My brother asked for iced coffee, which they didn't normally serve, but they made it for him. Cool place overall to eat at once.

All the staff we came in contact with were very nice and friendly.

They only had 2 servers in the area and they were SUPER slow. Took forever to get anything - drinks, food, refills, to go containers and the check! Geesh.

When the food finally came, it was cold. Don't understaff and don't serve subpar, cold food.

As one of the only restaurants in there, you should be ashamed. You have patrons willing to spend money regardless of the current economy and you show gratitude with old/cold food and painfully slow service? Do better.
