Food and service were amazing, but I swear they keep it like 55 degrees in there or something I was freezing, also the interior decorating made me feel like I was at sea-world or somewhere aquatic which made the shivering worse.

Thanked the guy that scooped my order, he didn't even acknowledge me. When I got backed and opened it the portions were abysmal compared to what they used to be, especially for a $12 plate, and they have the nerve to ask for tips for for this 🙄. At least at Chipotle you don't leave hungry.

This was our first time trying Hawaiian Bros and it did not disappoint! This place is a gem and all the staff were wonderful and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!!

Food is ok, nothing special. Had the chicken teriyaki and it was good. The white rice was bland and I got the bottom of the bowl rice which was very hard. Overall the food was ok but not worth going out of your way for.

It was 22:25 we ordered and paid on the tablet and told the chicken wasn't ready we have to wait for 30 minutes for chicken
Very bad customer service, I think you need to have more provisional staff.

Please don't be fooled the high fat, high sodium in this food is dangerous for your health. This was sadly disappointing. Our food was so salty, worst ever. We may get food here twice a year, it has never been like this. Sooo bad 😞

It's amazing the difference between this one and the overland park one. Took well over 15 minutes for food versus less than 2 minutes at another. Not sure if it's an off day but operations needs help asap.Food is good regardless

I recently placed a delivery order with Hawaiian brothers on state line road.
The estimated delivery time provided was nowhere close to accurate. The food arrived quite late - it was on the store, not the delivery service.

I ordered sides of macaroni salad and white rice. Instead I received double white rice. The rice was wet and tasteless.

Chicken was okay and portions were fair.

Pretty disappointing, I doubt if I will patronize this location again.

They always get my order wrong. I specifically order a plate with macaroni and sub the rice out for veggies. Every single time I end up getting a rice ball and they sub my macaroni out first veggies. You can’t have a person take your order either, only a kiosk.
